Advanced Shotgun

Goal:  Building upon the skills learned in the Intermediate Shotgun course, you will learn how to run the shotgun faster under more realistic conditions.

Course Description:

The course will build upon the gun-handling and technical knowledge gained in the foundation and intermediate courses by pushing the shooter to deploy the shotgun under tighter time constraints and in awkward or compromised positions. The shooter will learn to safely engage targets from positions of cover as well as in a variety of shooting positions. Movement will also be incorporated into the shooting exercises. Moreover, the shooter will be expected to choose the appropriate ammunition type for maximum effectiveness.
