Paladin Tactical has been designated as an approved CCW trainer for the Solano County Sheriff's Office.  


INITIAL PERMIT

Steps:

  1. Submit your initial permit application on the agency's Permitium website.

  2. Wait for the agency's approval before completing the training courses.   

  3. Complete our CCW FOUNDATIONS (8-hours) and BASIC PISTOL (8-hours). Classes may be taken in any order.

  4. Once 16 hours of training has been completed, upload the PALADIN TACTICAL CCW TRAINING RECORD onto the agency's Permitium website. You will be contacted by the agency when your permit is ready to be picked up.


RENEWING A PERMIT

Steps: 

  1. Complete Paladin Tactical's CCW FOUNDATIONS course or PREMIUM RENWAL course.

  2. On the agency's Permitium website, upload your PALADIN TRAINING RECORD and then submit your renewal application. You will be contacted by the agency when your permit is ready to be picked up.


QUALIFICATION COURSE


Target:

12" X 16" target

Stages:

  1. 3 yard line: 5 rounds, two hands

  2. 3 yard line: 5 rounds, strong hand only

  3. 5 yard line:  5 rounds, two hands

  4. 5 yard line: 5 rounds, two hands in 30 seconds

  5. 5 yard line: 5 rounds, reload, 5 rounds in 2 minutes

  6. 7 yard line: 10 rounds, two hands

  7. 10 yard line: 5 rounds, two hands

  8. 10 yard line: 5 rounds, two hands

Total rounds: 50

 

Passing Score: 

35/50 or 70%

Maximum number of pistols: 6 (maximum of 3 pistols can be qualifed during each CCW Foundations course)
